The group meets regularly other relevant stakeholders in order to discuss opportunities for joint initiatives.

Discussions focus on the key asylum and immigration issues of reception, integration and return.

Our main objectives are:

• to ensure that proper account is taken of the local and regional dimension in European policy development;
• to promote awareness of good policy and practice in other regions and local authorities;
• to explore possibilities for joint projects and facilitate funding bids.

19/03/2009 - ERLAI meets the Mission of the Republic of Albania to the European Union and Consul of the Republic of Albania to the Belgium and Luxembourg

Albania diplomats meets ERLAI as one of the planned activities to be carried out under the Albania´s National Strategy for Migration and its Action Plan, in order to establish and develop relations with the network and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
